Description

Part of the high-performance 128CI and 131CI Screamin’ Eagle Milwaukee-Eight Stage IV Performance Kit, these Second Generation Extreme CNC Ported Cylinder Heads are engineered for superior airflow and combustion efficiency. Building on the first-generation design, these heads feature refined intake and exhaust ports optimized for the 1mm larger valves, delivering enhanced air/fuel velocity for increased power and torque. The combustion chambers are fully machined for optimal fuel burn, while factory-installed high-performance valve springs ensure durability during high-lift cam operation and extended high-RPM use.

  • Precision-engineered replacement heads for Air/Oil-Cooled ’17-later Milwaukee-Eight models equipped with 128CI or 131CI Stage IV kits

  • Combined with a larger bore throttle body, the CNC ported heads significantly improve cylinder filling efficiency, resulting in explosive power gains and increased rear-wheel torque

  • Equipped with 41mm intake valves and 33mm exhaust valves for maximum flow

  • Factory-installed high-performance valve springs maintain stability at high RPMs and with high-lift cams

Fits Air/Oil-Cooled ’17-later Milwaukee-Eight models with 128 or 131CI Stage IV kits. Requires ECM calibration with Screamin’ Eagle Pro Street Tuner or dealer-installed Screamin’ Eagle calibration. Does not fit Center Cooled models.
